This past weekend I had the opportunity to watch three BEAUTIFUL dogs! I had so much fun playing with them, and I got some beautiful photographs. Colby is the older of the two Weimaraners and was so easy to photograph. Nico, the younger one is always moving around and would come right up to me for attention when I was taking his photo. Rajah, the Yorkshire terrier was camera shy. He would run away from me every time I would try to take his picture. But I did get one! Ha! They are such goofy dogs by the way that they look at you and jump over each other to get your attention. Weimaraners are VERY athletic and extremely smart. They are full of so much energy and are such loving dogs! Although Shaun and I love Golden Retrievers and Boxers, we will probably also have a Weimaraner someday!

As you can see from all the recent photos, I have been using my camera all the time! I take it with me everywhere! I am so lucky to have such a great husband that is so supportive of my interest in photography. My AMAZING friend, Allie, also has the same camera. It has been fun experimenting with our cameras and sharing the knowledge with each other. Our husbands are supportive of our interest in photography, but sometimes become irritated when they feel like we are constantly taking photos or editing them! LOL! Allie and I love to CAPTURE moments and always have a camera with us. Up until Christmas I was using my Dad’s camera. It was great getting practice and learning how to really use a camera manually. His camera took great pictures, but it used film. My problem was that I wanted to take so many photos I kept running out of film and I had to change it all the time.
